feature request: BOM availability as column criteria

I assume you are referring to the spreadsheet at covid19-vent-list , rather
than this site.
However, it is a very good idea. At the moment it is subsumed in
"buildability". Let me talk to Enrique who has been doing a lot of the work
and see if that is possible; it is not always immediately apparent.
