Automation Upgrade doesn't keep Cookie 1 until Sing 101

The perk tells players that Cookie 1 get kept upon reaching sing 100, though the actual code only keeps it after sing 101.
Is the intent that you keep Cookie 1 after reaching Sing 100 or Sing 101; this would be a simple 1 digit fix on either end but it is unclear which one is the intent from Platonic.
I've checked the source code and there are no issues
