Flint and Steel / fire extinguish bug

What was expected
When interacting with the flint and steel item it seems to play the wool block place noise (Cloth Place Sound)
Additionally, I expect to be able to extinguish the fire that was placed by the flint and steel, however any attempts to dig the fire results in nothing occuring
What happened
- Wrong noise for flint and steel interactions
- Resultant fire cannot be extinguished
