Button in the command block GUI grayed out ( can't edit or add command into command blocks )

Previous version: git-Paper-373 (MC: 1.17.1)
When you open a command block, all the buttons are grayed out. We can't interact with them :
I didn't tried with other versions other than 1.18 ( client side ).
I tried with only ProtocolSupport and the bug is still here.
Affected client versions 1.17.x, 1.16.x and lower probably because i tested only this versions 1.17,x and 1.16.x
