Display Profile Expiration Date on Profile Details Page

Currently we show when reapplication to PoH is possible. This is calculated by:

Submission time + validity period - reapplication period

But we should also inform users when will their profile expire if they don't reapply. Which is Submission time + validity period.

I suggest:

• to hide renewal available when it expires.
• create a new field, which shows a counter to the expiration deadline.
• when it's possible to reapply, display a button under the expiration deadline.
