Error：RUN RTL/main.py WHEN Downloading: "https://github.com/NVIDIA/DeepLearningExamples/archive/torchhub.zip"

When I run RTL/main.py ,there's something wrong .I think the download failed because of the network.I've located the problem here so far.
I think torch.hub.load failed.But I can download the model when I open the link(https://github.com/NVIDIA/DeepLearningExamples/archive/torchhub.zip) directly.What can I do？
