It's currently impossible to change the theme/look of the dispatch calls as none of the actual source is available.
These buttons do currently nothing & it looks like this code looks like it references MDT stuff.
You can modify the CSS if you decompile it, but i'd much rather be able to do it via a browser and not ingame.
