why leaflet?

Hi,
Is there any particular reason why are we using leaflet instead of openlayer?
because i want to change the map library to openlayer in frontend

so, kindly share some knowledge in this

This is just a demo frontend. Of course if you make a demo frontend using openlayers, that would be nice. And given sufficient quality, no one would object to it being included in the Project-OSRM project. To your initial question, points for leaflet are: It's lightweight and simple to use. But it is not as powerful as openlayers
