Reckon you could adjust the ReadMe to mention what versions of CakePHP it's compatible with? It would make it easier to judge suitability at a glance. Thanks.

This fork appears to be updated for Cake2: https://github.com/JacopKane/CakePHP-CSV

If you want to help me out you can try out the fork and confirm it works and merge it into master.

I HIGHLY recommend never bothering assuming the primary fork is the best place for up-to-date information.

I ALWAYS go to the fork graph: https://github.com/ProLoser/CakePHP-CSV/network (click on the #5 next to the fork button)

I used this plugin 9 months ago @ProLoser , and used it on a project.
Probably it's working but i cannot guarantee. I can send a pull request?
