Can i use it to create server for 0.14.x version of Minecraft PE android

I want to create a server for the old version of Minecraft PE Android (0.14.x)

This project is for Java Edition. Try looking at some other projects by prismarinejs - I'm fairly sure one of them works for bedrock but I can't remember which off the top of my head.
