Use Piper TTS

Hello,

Consider using Piper Neural TTS.

Rust bindings for Piper are being developed by myself:
https://github.com/mush42/piper-rs

I've tested Piper-rs with Windows, but it is very trivial to make it work on Linux.

Best

Thanks, but currently we are looking for TTS neural networks with support for russian language.
English & Ukranian will be supported in upcoming releases.
Sadly, Piper does not support russian.

Just walking by, but it looks like piper does support RU and UK, see sample card and model releases:

Yeah, seems like it does.
I wonder why they not listed it in official github repo.
But still, there's only voice of a woman :<
