Yes it does, but the docs haven't been updated to indicate that yet.

@Preston-Landers have you also not updated pip concurrent_log_handler package?
Nothing has been updated in a while for the version numbers, but as far as I know there is no impediment to installing and using this package with any more recent version of Python. For this package, the purpose of providing a list of compatible versions is mainly to indicate that it doesn't work on very old versions of Python like 2.5 or 3.0.
