Please tell me that how can I turn these back on using google colab and what are the steps to do this?
Colab notebooks are docker instances if one instance goes down then only Google has authority to turn it back on it or maybe they get removed from engine after the session finishes.
You have only one option that is mount GDrive and store your precious docs before session finishes.
