Yesterday, I was exploring some repositories and found out some users found a way to emulate windows in Colaboratory. It uses Ngrok tunnel and VNC to provide your RDP and QEMU for the emulation. Some users always ask for windows RDP thats why I am providing it here.

There are two problems that might be the cause of slow windows RDP,

Colab doesn't support native virtualisation and
Ngrok tunnel is very slow

Can you make a notebook that we can use for windows rdp?

Its uses emulation and due to colab having issue with virtualization notebook you are asking isn't possible. The video provided having major issue like 100% CPU usage and very lagging VNC. I hope you understand it.
