The same issue of not being able to connect to RDP is occurring again. Any updates?

Is Google restricting users? One of my friend who is a frequent user is also facing the exact same issue. Tried using a VPN and clearing browser data but using the same account, I can't enter the passcode it asks. Just stuck on "Connecting" and then closes automatically.
Possible, I have no clue what is going on with colaboratory, I tried to find out some solution but end up with nothing. Looks like they are targeting frequent users or restricting users with some sort of quota.

Got it working after around 48 hours since the issue first occurred to me. I think you are right on the quota issue.
