Docs page not listing all components

If I have multiple components in a repo, they aren't all showing on the docs for that repo.
I noticed that if I change this line https://github.com/PolymerLabs/indie-catalog/blob/master/gulpfile.js#L80 from: analyzer.analyze(inputs) to analyzer.analyzePackage() it seems to fix my issue. Docs aren't great for polymer-analyzer so I'm not sure the difference.
