The links in this document all point to Polymer 2 docs. I think most of the instructions themselves are still ok though.

  • What are the Windows-specific environment variables listed at the bottom about?
  • Add references to the old docs?

launchpad is a dependency below WCT, which still lists those environment variables in its README so I'm going to assume they're still necessary.
