Paramedic Winter Coat Missing Hood Sprite

Brief description of the issue
The paramedic winter coat does not have a hood icon that appears in the head slot when you have the hood up. The hood appears on-sprite normally (though does interact with my hair in a weird way, don't know if that's related)
What you expected to happen
Hood to appear in head slot like Ater told me is supposed to.
What actually happened
Head slot appears empty as if I'm not wearing a hat.
Steps to reproduce
Get a paramedic winter coat, toggle the hood.

- I had to make a hood for my custom winter jacket that's based on the paramedic winter coat, which is how I discovered that the winterhood_para image is missing in the hats.dmi. Attached is a png of what I used (dmis aren't supported when submitting an issue, I think), but it's the same image as winterhood_cute.dmi in my custom item "cute winter coat"
