err his @Poikilos maybe if you provide more details some other users can found similar code or hints in your project.. this is a kind of skindb alternate mod?
i have this cloned repo and try to run in minetest but some minor issues avoid to me to use it..
skindb has trademarks from big companies in it. I want to change our copy of the mod to block those because I don't want a copy of Minetest that I distribute to be liable for infringement, and I don't really want to infringe anyway. If I don't own it I don't need it. It is good to learn contentment with life. It is a disease to always want more.
Let me know specifically what didn't work and I will try to improve the minetest installers. Please make a new issue for that and include the error message. However, I'm working on a new installer currently that is cross-platform.
ok, in this issue i just asked about skinlist and confirmed is a libre version of skindb @Poikilos thanks for that!, i will try to help on such development
about the game, i will report later but as always i said, too much tings for simple lua files.. mostly for windosers
