New Tag: <borrow>

I propose a new tag to be used the tag, it would be used on episodes in the following case:

Podcast A is playing an episode from Podcast B, with or without their own preface.

Example usage: (url of podcast file being borrowed

Podcatchers who honored this, could either auto mark the other episode as listened to, or give an alert that the user may have already listened to it.

That's an interesting idea, but this project is not proposing new elements. That work is being done within the podcast namespace project: https://github.com/Podcastindex-org/podcast-namespace
