A new release of Kupo has been cut to include a fix with collateral return.

#1376 introduces a way to run our plutip tests on already running clusters (blockfrost included). There's a test which purposefully submits a failing tx with phase 2 validation to test collateral return, but with Kupo < v2.3.1 the output is indexed incorrectly and can't be spent. This results in any transaction using such an input to fail submission, which is an issue for fund recovery post-test.
