XRPKs are wobbly, "doubled", unusable in most recent threejs Version

Expected Behavior

A freshly made XRPK using latest threeJS (sandcastle or not) works as expected.

Current Behavior

A freshly made XRPK using npx create-sandcastle test, then npm run build-xrpk appears significantly unstable and "wobbles" / is multiplied when you rotate your headset quickly (i.e "shaking your head"). Something is deeply wrong.

Notably, demo apps are fine!

Possible Solution

using an older version of three (118) resolves the issue.

Steps to Reproduce

upload a new XRPK made with a recent version of threejs to the Multi App Launcher.
