Describe the Bug

Quick Share/Nearby Share is unusable and crash when press the "Update Button

Steps to Reproduce

Swipe down to the Quick action panel and choose Nearby Share, it would then show a promt that said "Nearby Share is now Quick Share" and upon pressing the "Update" buton, it crashes and are unable to update.

Expected Behavior

Nearby Share crashes and are unable to update.
