plugin "freeze" when try to save settings

I have an issue with the Advanced Menu Manager, when I change any parameter and click save the rolling cursor appears and the page still for eternity there.
The parameters aren't changed...
How I can try to debug or figure out what is happen?
Piwigo 2.10.2 Check for upgrade
