Abstract LDAP config

Instead of forcing users to copy ini files and whatnot, perhaps it would make more sense to have every configurable option be an environment variable. Or not. There are a lot of them after all.
Regardless I think there should be a more streamlined way of setting up the server, both Mumble and the authenticator.
