Characters not in the Jump King font are not supported

When attempting to post japanese characters using an EN version of the game they appear in game as '#'
JumpKing's font doesnt support Japanese characters at all, will look at implementing a fallback
Building a new XNB of Arial Unicode MS which should contain like 65k unicode characters as a fallback, it's gonna take a while to build so I'll leave it running overnight and should be able to plug it in tomorrow
Less of an immediate issue, japanese characters work when launched on a Japanese version of the game:
I assume JK installs a different font, we should still do the work for this to support Korean which doesnt have a specific version, though my PC just restarted and I lost progress on my packing so that may be a little longer
Font building is still ongoing, looks like a multi-day ordeal, I wont update this again until it's sorted to avoid spam

Base-line support added in commit e82addb requires an update to the installer to bring everything over properly, will close this out once done
