I am getting:
FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'data_text_network.xlsx'
How this file is generated?

Hi,
I am sorry for the missing dataset. Unfortunately, I could not retrieve the code or the data. The data was generated with an updated code that was used in this Mario Krenn's paper: https://arxiv.org/abs/1906.06843.

Unfortunately, I cannot help you more at the moment.
