cannot get it working since fedora 31

Hi Peter,

since I upgraded to fedora 31 I can't get the hook activated any longer.

Somehow, my impression, the function libinput_device_get_name is not called.

I recompiled the shared-object as you describe. I disabled se-linux, have absolute paths in the LD_PRELOAD variable. No idea how to get along.

Please, can you give me a hand.

Finally I succeeded by adding the path/to/hook.so to file /etc/ld.so.preload
