Anyone sensor always available

Hi, I would remove "Anyone" sensor, so I flagged "false" in the config.son, but it is always available.
I'm running homebridbe on raspberry and this is a new installation.
I know that there are some other issue like this, but I don't understand how the other issues was resolved.
Please can you help me?
