[BUG] -Latest Fallon update broke chatter

Describe the bug
First - can't switch from AUTO to any other option in EX tab under Theme options.
Second - chatter won't initialize
To Reproduce
Launch DCS, launch Voice attack - enabled log in VoiceAttack windows - i see message - Chatter theme could not be initalized.
Expected behavior
Chatter should auto start upon flying the mission.

Deleting the extensions folder and legacy chatter.dll from the Voice Attack /Apps/VAICOMPRO folder will fix it. Extensions have been embeded in the main vaicompro.dll since about 2.8.0. The extensions folder that may be in a users individual installation are old and should be removed as they seem to cause a conflict with the embeded chatter.dll.
I recomend a new installation completly if users are not comforatable finding and deleting files and folders.
I will write a check to ensure that the folder is deleted during the installation routine going forward.
