Black player outlines with improved glows

Occasionally at the start of a game player outlines can be black for both teams.
Disabling glow_outline_effect_enable and re-enabling it might fix it, if toggling ce_graphics_improved_glows doesn't work.
Sometimes after a random amount of time the outlines might cooperate again and go back to the correct team colors.
I have not found a way to consistently reproduce it, but have at least confirmed I am not the only person with this issue.
and within a few seconds of that they fixed itself
