"htex_auto_scale" strategy should be mentioned somewhere in the docs

The strategy="htex_auto_scale" option isn't mentioned anywhere in the documentation itself. It would likely be worth highlighting its purpose (in relation to the default "simple") for the HighThroughputExecutor somewhere in the user guide.
