Rar files with no folder

I found that the rar files that contain no directory within are decompressed within the execution folder. Is there a way to make a folder on demand, for the case of when there are hundreds of rar files into the folder having that quality? That will even result on image.jpg1 image.jpg2 etc, in the case that the decompressed files have same names. So, basically two problems: quantity of decompressed files in the root when many rars, and strange name convention when doing that (a jpg.1 file needs extension change when trying to be opened). Thanks
