Question about gradlew applyPatches

So, I making my own minecraft server software and using Jenkins to build it. Im setup build from git and added gradlew applyPatches and when build is starting, I get this error:

> Task :pufferfish:paper:spigotRemapJar
> Task :pufferfish:paper:spigotRemapJar FAILED
> Task :pufferfish:getPaperUpstreamData FAILED
> Task :getPufferfishUpstreamData FAILED

FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.

* What went wrong:
Execution failed for task ':pufferfish:paper:spigotRemapJar'.
> io.papermc.paperweight.PaperweightException: Failed to apply member mappings

And only one question - how can I fix this?

From gradle scan I get this:
