Adding a repository from dl.bintray.com breaks userdev

Example with maven("https://dl.bintray.com/korlibs/korlibs")

you had a repo which returned a bad response, thus breaking the build; This is generally how gradle works and not under our control (and is the expected behavior here)
Sorry, appears so! The url it was accessing made me suspicious things were getting concatenated weird but the repo is in fact outdated.
