German Layout File in my Repository

Hey Palmr.

Thank you for your great work.
I've grabbed it and create an windows tray application with xml config/layout and animation capabilities (so the community could create layouts without coding and compiling c++)

If youre interested:
a) grab my german layout file here:

b) if you like (and want to do a me a favor)
Check and update the experimental US layout - or even create a new UK Layout.
