[BUG]: "Enable Audio Haptics" does not work

Describe the bug
"Enable Audio Haptics" is toggled On, but there is no haptic feed back.
Haptic Feedback is not present when the Audio device is another Speaker connected via HDMI on same graphic card.
Default Audio is selected for correct speaker speaker.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Follow normal process to Enable Audio Haptics.
Monitor TV connected to 1 HDMI port of the Graphic card and Speaker/Receiver/sound bar connected to a 2nd HDMI on the Graphics card.
Windows Default Audio and DSX Haptics Default Audio selected is the Speaker device on the 2nd HDMI.
Expected behavior
Haptics is supposed to work when toggled ON.

Re-tested after toggling diff options and Audio devices. It now works.
