实例分割项目中，导入额外数据报错

在已创建项目的基础上无法成功使用“导入额外数据”功能
终端报错如下：
但是从C盘导入数据也会报错：
只有不选择“数据标注格式”才行，但是这样只导入了原图，标签信息完全没带进去
目的是想把多个文件夹的图像和标签 汇总到一个项目中，，求问怎样才能把已标注的图像标签信息导入到现有项目？？
