MergeJars doesnt look for latest build, can grab old builds

I dont clean my builds folder.
I run merge jars task
I get 1.2.0 as expected, so publish to modrinth

Pleas fix
use api to get date modified of files
grab latest file
(that doesnt contain substring "sources" or "shadow")
