Pokemon Alpha Sapphire Freezing on Start Menu (Omega Ruby too maybe?)

Description of Issue
Cannot get passed the start menu on Pokemon Alpha Sapphire, Both on OpenGL and Vulkan, I tried messing with Graphics enchantments too, but whether its set to Native Resolution or x10 the game still freezes right after pressing start (Right after you press start on the menu Kyogre does his roar and then it fades to black, that is when the freeze happens) .
Expected Behavior
To not freeze after you press start
Reproduction Steps
Just start Alpha Sapphire, Get to the menu
