Crash when linking PNID

Description of Issue
The end of the PNID linking process (after the account is discovered and a mii to use is selected) causes a crash and the emulation will then proceed to stop
The following modules are in use:
SSL, BOSS, ACT, CECD, DLP, FRD, NIM
Edit: This process is completeable (still crashes but long after the account is linked successfully, when the process attempts to close the menu) if the option to use the mii from the PNID instead of the 3ds system is selected. Attempting to sign in again causes a crash after entering the account details and miiverse also crashes after entering the account password, however, the account is now registered on the system.
Expected Behavior
This process should be able to complete as expected
Reproduction Steps
Attempt to link PNID witht he aforementioned LLE modules in use, after selecting a mii to use on the account, the top screen will become corrupt and the emulation will encounter an error and stop soon after choosing to continue
