compare, evaluate disagreement of the simulations with the growth experimental data

Can we include which growth experimental data we would like to compare to simulations?

So far I have 2 binary models working:

1. RT - SE (https://github.com/PNNL-CompBio/ConsortiumModels/blob/main/Notebooks/Binary_Consortium_SE_RT.ipynb)
2. AV - SE (https://github.com/PNNL-CompBio/ConsortiumModels/blob/main/Notebooks/Binary_Consortium_AV_SE.ipynb)

And one model partially working:

@PBohutskyi which of the binaries do we have experimental data for, for the comparison with simulation? Which nutrient conditions have we observed growth in?
