Feature Request: Surfing Keys/Keyboard Tools

I want to request a feature for the Obsidian Surfing Plugin that would allow for functionality similar to that of the Surfing Keys browser extension. This would enable users to navigate and interact with Obsidian using keyboard shortcuts and commands.

Surfing Keys is a browser extension that allows users to navigate and interact with web pages using keyboard shortcuts and commands². It is available for Chrome⁴, Firefox², and Microsoft Edge². The extension is designed to make web browsing more efficient by reducing the need for a mouse. It includes features such as a visual mode for text selection and actions on selected text³.

One of my favorite features that surfing keys allows if the ability to click on any link visible in the current view port using just your keyboard. A simple hitting of the f key will click on an element while gf will open the link in the background. An important feature that allows this to have a significant effect is the ability to scroll the page with j,k,d, and e like in vim.
