It would be great you you could do a patch release as the issues with LTO are fixed in master but not in the latest release

Needed for conan-io/conan-center-index#1387

https://github.com/PJK/libcbor/releases/tag/v0.7.0 is out; I've decided against a patch release because there were multiple changes in the build setup and I'd rather not untangle them to cherrypick. Hope this works.
