Change IGNORE_CLAIM_QUEST_NEAR_HIGHER_LEAGUE

Would it be possible to have setting to tell the bot to keep playing if it needs rating to advance to the next league like from bronze 1 to silver 3 after completing the quest? I one one account with CP for silver 1 but only 900 rating and 5/5 on its quest so it stops playing due to ECR but I would rather it not and keep climbing until it claims the quest.
Changing IGNORE_CLAIM_QUEST_NEAR_HIGHER_LEAGUE to also factor in ranking if it has the CP to advance.
