Image zoom (change image size) on mobile

OwlCarousel v1.3.2

Why doesn't work image resize (by fingers) on mobiles?
If try to zoom image (by fingers on touchscreen) it doesn't work on mobile devices.
Any ideas how to resolve this problem?
