A new default profile to account for server setups, this should install only

• ovos-core + skills
• ovos-bus
• hivemind-core

This will likely be the typical install for homeservers that power satellites around the house

In the future we should also keep in mind default skills list, as in this case we might want to skip some default skills, such as volume control
