Move to rich directory structure

Personally, I propose a folder per dev, but there are clearly several options. I don't think it should all go on the top level, though, because the list will get long.
would this be in the OSM skills store
OR
in the unit's folder structure - - /opt/mycroft(?ovos)/skills/
this would be for the skills store repository (this one), the device folder structure needs to be what mycroft expects
