OpenVidu 2.29 CE - Issue with receiving audio/video streams when the number of participants exceeds 12 in a room

When we have more than 12 people in a room, we encounter an issue. Not everyone receives all the participants present. For example, in a room with 15 participants, some only receive 12. In other cases, out of 15 participants, one may receive 15 video streams and 12 audio streams.
