New version of kurento library 7.0.0-snapshot

We have new version of kurento library: 7.0.0-snapshot, old version 6.18.1-SNAPSHOT is not availabel now.
Please update project to new version, we can't build by using maven now
Version 7.0.0 of kurento-java library is now available. parent pom.xml is updated to use it.
